Rates

My self-pay rates are below. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for those who cannot afford the below rates.

  • Consultation (20 minutes) – Free
  • Initial Appointment/Intake (60 minutes) – $180
  • Individual Session (53 minutes) – $150
  • Couples/Family Session (53 minutes) – $200

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If you are going to miss a scheduled appointment, I request 24 hours’ notice in respect for both of our time. No-show appointments and appointments cancelled after that 24-hour time period will result in a cancellation fee. My late cancellation fee is $80.

Insurance

I am currently accepting insurance through my supervisor Zane Behnke. Check the lists below to see which insurance plans I’m in-network for, out-of-network, and absolutely cannot bill at this time.

I can also provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if it’s not listed below. I cannot provide an estimate of what your insurance would cover after submitting a superbill.

Out-of-Network

  • Cigna
  • HMA/RGA
  • For Premera, BCBS, and Lifewise groups that I cannot accept, clients will receive payments from their insurance company directly
